After having read City of Bones I immediately ordered this next installment in the series. And I have to say after I initially wanted it to be even more close to the TV show I’ve come to really enjoy the book and its differences from the show. And this second one was no different. Even though I know most of the story already from the show it was a super fun and light read and I enjoyed trying to remember which parts I remember from the show and which parts are different. As far as YA novels go I can very much recommend the second book in the series as well.
